Mark Russell is an Executive in the Title Insurance Industry and resides in Dana Point, California with his wife of almost 30 years, Rhonda, and their Jack Russell Terrier, Willie.  Together, he and his wife have two sons. Zac and Jackson are graduates of The University of Arizona. Mark’s passions include surfing, golf, live music and traveling with his family and friends.

Mark’s journey and his passion to help those with mental illness began early on in his childhood. At a very young age, no one could understand why he struggled with everyday life. After years of mental pain and anguish, he was finally diagnosed with OCD and panic and anxiety disorder. Once treated correctly, life became fulfilling again.

On October 1, 2017, while attending The Route 91 Harvest Music Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada, the unthinkable happened. He survived the largest mass shooting in US history. He credits two retired military veterans with saving his life. His drive to help those in need, especially those who have served, became an obsession.

Mark then sought out Randy Moratis, who was his son’s Tae Kwon Do instructor. Randy had just founded CarePossible. With his experience and first hand knowledge of mental health and PTSD, Mark knew that God was calling him to serve.
